Overview

Highlights

Lake Conjola and its expansive waterways are ideal for fishing, swimming, boating and, in the warmer months, prawning on the northern shores. Take the boardwalk for a pleasant 15 minute walk to the beach, there is a viewing platform along the way for excellent panoramic views of both the beach and the lake. The boardwalk is wheelchair accessible.

The small town has a bowling club for easy meals and entertainment. From Lake Conjola you can head inland to Morton National Park and explore Granite Falls and Boyd Lookout where you'll find spectacular views and picnic spots. Lake Conjola has caravan parks and self-contained holiday homes.

  • Ensure you observe all safety signs. Always stay on the marked tracks where possible. Never climb fences, they are there for your own safety.
  • Wear suitable footwear and always ensure to bring a hat and sunscreen to protect yourself from the elements when exploring Australia.
  • Please consider the environment, take your rubbish with you or place in the bins provided. We want to ensure these beautiful places are still here for our future generations to enjoy.
  • Parking, camping and national park fees may apply, see parks website for more details.
