Overview

Highlights

Mount Pinninger Lookout, known as Foggs Lookout, is a stunning vantage point that resides in Lake Eildon National Park and looks over the Dam Wall and vast clear waters of Lake Eildon. From up here you can see everything that is happening on the water below including boating, fishing, waterskiiing and if you're lucky you might spot a house boat or two out for the day. There are several seats and picnic tables for you to sit back and enjoy a bite to eat whist appreciating the stunning views of the area. Don't forget to bring your camera as there are plenty opportunities for that perfect photo.

Guidelines

  • Always do some research before heading out for your journey. Visit the parks website for up to date information on the current conditions.

  • Wear suitable footwear and ensure to bring a hat and sunscreen to protect yourself from the elements.
  • Plan ahead and ensure to take enough food and water for your journey.
  • Always stay on the marked tracks where possible. Never climb fences, they are there for your own safety.
  • Please consider the environment, take your rubbish with you or place in the bins provided. We want to ensure these beautiful places are still here for our future generations to enjoy.
