Time
Flights depart just on sunrise (times vary depending on the time of year). You will need to contact the tour operator to confirm your flight time.
Location
Meet at The Farm Byron Bay, located at 11 Ewingsdale Road at Ewingsdale. Access to The Farm is via Woodford Lane, directly off the main highway exit roundabout.

Children under 7 are not allowed to participate.
The flight path is subject to change without notice with the decision being made by the pilot with the safety of the customers in mind.
The flight time can slightly alter on the day, should the weather conditions hinder the safety of the balloon flight.
All passengers must be fit and well with no significant knee, hip or back problems, broken bones, recent surgeries, are able to stand unassisted for 1 hour and are not pregnant.

Fully refundable if the flight got cancelled by operator.
Cancellation Policy
Within 72 hours of the depart time you will not receive a refund.
Between 72 hours and 7 days prior to the depart time, a $25 per person cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
With more than 7 days’ notice, a $25 per booking fee will be deducted from your refund.
