Start your day out with a spectacular helicopter view of Sydney Harbour before settling in for a few ales at some of Australia’s most iconic pubs. Add in a gourmet lunch in the Hunter Valley and you’ve got the makings of a sensational day out for you and your friends, work team, or your special clients.
First stop begins with 4 Pines at the Farm, Hunter Valley. 4 Pines at the Farm offers panoramic views of the picturesque Hunter Valley, Hunter Farm and the vineyards. It is the perfect destination to sample a beer paddle from a wide selection.
Back on board your helicopter and a short flight to your next location will see you in the spectacular grounds of the Bimbadgen Estate in the Hunter Valley. Lunch is served at the award-winning Esca Restaurant where local and home grown produce is used to create a fresh and modern menu that will surely impress.
Once you depart lunch, your afternoon helicopter stop is at Ironbark Hill. Surrounded by grape vines and sprawling vineyards in the heart of Hunter Valley. The first beers were brewed in 2016 in a custom built German brewing system, and the Brewhouse opened to the public in 2017. After this final stop you’ll jump back in the helicopter for a scenic return to Sydney via Bondi and Coogee.

- Maximum individual weight allowed is 135kg in Robinson R44 helicopter, upgrade fees may apply based on the number of passengers flying
- Maximum combined weight limits apply on flights
- Passengers must notify staff if they have been scuba diving in the past 24 hours
- No selfie sticks allowed on or around the helicopter
- Transfers subject to availability
