  • Fascinating Constellation Storytelling: Explore star signs, antique constellations, their history, and interpretations across cultures.
  • State-of-the-Art Telescope Viewing (depending on the time of the year): Observe the Moon’s craters and seas, Saturn’s rings, Jupiter and its moons, Mars, Venus, the Orion Nebula, star clusters, double & triple stars, and deep space objects such as galaxies.

What to bring:

  • Nothing to bring, just your curiosity!
  • We recommend wearing a jacket as the weather on the bay can be ever changing, it can be windy.
  • Make sure your phone has battery so you can use the flashlight to walk at night, or feel free to bring a torch.

Guidelines

Check-in details

  • Location: To ensure the best experience, we take into account wind direction and tide levels. We will email you the exact location (Huskisson / Vincentia area) with guidance on reaching the site 24 hours before your tour. All of our sites are easy to find and have ample free parking.
  • Arrive a little early and treat yourself to the breathtaking sunset at the beach

Special requirements

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult participant.
  • Parents are welcome to bring children under 3 years old for free. We understand that little ones can be impatient—after all, we've all been kids!—that said, we kindly ask parents to help us keep the atmosphere calm and peaceful so all guests can fully enjoy the tour. Our spacious beach setting ensures there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and have a soothing experience under the stars.
  • Concession Cards accepted:
  • Pensioner, Health Cards, Seniors, and International/Australian Student Card.
  • Free for Companion Cardholders and Support Workers.
  • Guests must present their card at the start of the tour.

Restrictions

  • Please note: the beaches are not dog-friendly and not wheelchair accessible.
  • There are no toilets at the beach.
  • Alcohol consumption is not permitted during our tours.
  • No walking is involved during the tour.
  • Walking time from the carpark to the viewing spot: 1 minute.

Disclaimers

  • We require a minimum of 8 participants to run the tour. You can still book for less than 8, we will let you know on the day at 3 pm and will offer you a credit valid for 3 years to reschedule; or a full refund.
  • Private tours: Minimum 8 participants on weeknights and minimum of 15 on weekends.
