Important Information
Guidelines
- All passengers must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time.
- Check-in closes 5 minutes prior to departure.
- 'No Shows' attract a 100% cancellation fee. Please see the booking terms and conditions for further information.
- A basic swimming level is required to participate in in-water activities.
- We are inclusive to all abilities where possible.

- All tours are weather and boating condition dependent.
- Strong swimmers below 6yrs may join this tour as a Child Swimmer. Check-in Premises is 170 Main Street, Kangaroo Point, Queensland, Australia.
- Adult means a person aged 17 years or above.
- Child means a person aged from 6 to 16 years inclusive.
- Always do some research before heading out for your journey.
- Wear suitable footwear and ensure to wear appropriate clothing to protect yourself from the elements when outside exploring.
