Aboard ‘Sensational II' 50 passenger, high powered, 15 meter adventure vessel.

A fast and fun way to see the local beaches and the spectacular coastline of the Sapphire Coast!

This tour departs from Merimbula and heads north towards Turingal Head Or We may head south to the beautiful Pambula River and out to Haystack Rock on the Haycock headland.

Either way this tour is a great way to explore the long sweeping beaches, magnificent headlands and incredible wildlife.

What to bring:

  • Sunglasses, to avoid the glare off the water
  • Warm clothes - it is typically colder out on the water than on land
  • Camera to capture those magical moments
  • Eat sensibly before you travel and ask your pharmacist about sea sickness tablets.
  • Better to come prepared! If you do not regularly go to sea we do recommend taking sea sickness prevention.

Itinerary:

This fun adventure tour is on our 50 passenger, 15 meter high powered boat, 'Sensational II.' She is powered by 4 x 300hp Yamaha outboards. We are committed to minimising our impact upon the environment, our engine emissions are extremely low and our fuel burn is also very efficient.

A tour for the adventurous person who wants to experience the Sapphire Coast.

Many sea creatures can be seen on this tour, including Common & Bottlenose Dolphins, Australian Fur Seals, penguins, flying fish, sunfish, turtles and many species of sea birds.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.

Tours Depart from Merimbula Marina, opposite the Lakeview Hotel, 1 Market Street, Merimbula.

  • Please note: Tours departing from Merimbula operate over a sandbar. At times this sandbar may become shallow which may cause departure times to vary. You will be notified if there are any changes to your trip departure time.

Roger the Whale Spotting Dog:

  • Please be advised that on most of our tours Roger our whale spotting Kelpie will be onboard. If you have an allergy or this poses a problem for you please contact us.
  • This tour takes you out into the open ocean so we do recommend sea sickness prevention.
