Please note that there is a separate dome structure on the southwestern side of the property, which is also available for holiday rentals.
PLEASE NOTE - Guests MUST HAVE a 4WD vehicle to access this property. No 2WD cars are accepted.
This home is in a rural area - noise, odour, dust and spray drift from adjoining agricultural uses can occur occasionally. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. No events are permitted at any time.
Please note - the property itself (farm) is open to photographers via bookings - during your stay, you may see wedding parties around the property for this purpose - they have been advised to not enter the house yard or near the dome if we have guests.Security cameras: there are two actively recording surveillance cameras (top right & left corners of the garage) pointing towards the gate in fenced area that records voice/videos. 7Networks also has a camera around the tower area too.
We DO NOT take schoolies bookings
No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
