Guidelines
- All passengers must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time.
- Check in closes 5 minutes prior to departure.
- 'No Shows' attract a 100% cancellation fee. Please see booking terms and conditions for further information.
- A basic swimming level is required to participate in in-water activities.
- Infants under two are non-swimmers and are free.
- We are inclusive to all abilities where possible.
- For any questions regarding mobility access - please give our friendly team a call so we can assist with any queries! Always do some research before heading out for your journey. Visit the local visitor information centre for the most up to date information.
- Stay safe and get the most out of your visit by preparing for natural hazards and other outdoor risks. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of those in your care.
