After a short safety briefing and paddling demonstration, a guide will paddle with you from Manly Sailing along the shoreline across to a beautiful, golden beach.

At the beach, it is up to you, you have an hour free to spend as you choose: continue paddling around the Cove (without guide), visit the cafe, visit Quarantine Station or enjoy the quiet beach and stop and take a swim.

Worried you'll be too tired to paddle home? Don't worry, the group will be picked up and towed home in the kayaks by a powerboat.

Want to stay longer - not a problem you can extend your trip!

Inclusions:

• 1.5 hour experience
• Experienced kayak guide
• Kayak (double sit on top), paddles, PFD and dry bag.

What to bring:

• Change of clothes and towel
• Water shoes/thongs (or you can go barefoot in kayak and take your shoes for the beach in the dry bag)
• Sun protection, sunglasses and hat
• Water bottle

Itinerary:

• Arrive 15 mins before experience start time to change / prepare
• Safety and paddling demonstration by guide
• Launch and paddle to beach ~30 mins
• Free time ~1 hr
• Pick and tow home / option to extend and kayak home without guide later.
