There is no printed menu; instead, guests are treated to a fixed multi-course "trust the chef" experience that flows with the rhythm of the seasons. From hand-rolled pasta and estate-grown vegetables to whole animals roasted over Red Gum embers, the food is honest, technical, and deeply emotive.
