Whale Watching Byron Bay

Duration: 3 Hours (approx.)

Location: Byron Bay, NSW

Our marine scientist-guided whale watching boat tour is the only one launching from Byron Bay and offers you the opportunity to appreciate these magnificent creatures during their annual migration - one of the longest of any mammal!

As we launch from the beach, you might get wet up to your waist while boarding - we reccomend wearing shorts or loose trousers you can roll up, or swimsuit.

If you suffer from seasickness, we reccomend you bring seasickness tablet as we are not allowed to administer them ourselves.

Inclusions:

  • Waterproof ponchos

What to bring:

  • Shorts/loose pants you can roll up above the knees (you will get wet at least up to your knees)
  • Waterproof jacket (recommended)
  • Proof of ID
  • Sun hat
  • Warm clothing (e.g. jacket, fleece, warm headwear)
  • Change of clothes
  • Cameras welcome
